Booking Policy & Deposit
All appointments must be scheduled online. No walk-ins or DM bookings accepted. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service. You’ll be redirected to our secure scheduling page where you can choose your service, view availability, and confirm your appointment with ease.

✦ Skin Prep
To get the most from your service, please:
- Arrive with a clean face (no makeup if possible)
- Avoid exfoliating, waxing, or using retinoids/active ingredients 48 hours before your facial
- Refrain from tanning or sun exposure in the days leading up
- Let me know if you’re on any medication that affects your skin
- Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment, well-hydrated skin always receives treatment better, and your results will thank you
If you’re coming in for a brow service, avoid tweezing beforehand so I can shape and define properly.
✦ Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled to avoid overlapping with the next guest.
✦ Cancellations + Reschedules
Life happens, we get it.
To avoid losing your deposit, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit their deposit and require a new one to rebook.
✦ Payments
Remaining balances are due at the time of your service.
We accept all major cards. No cash payments at this time.
Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.
