High Quality Mobile Detailing

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all detailing services provided by High Quality Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to any customer (“you,” “your,” or “client”). By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Services

High Quality Mobile Detailing provides professional, on-site automotive detailing services for cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles. Our services include exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other detailing options as listed on our website or service menu.
Service offerings, pricing, and packages may vary depending on the size, condition, and type of vehicle.


2. Appointments and Scheduling
  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, text, or online through our booking system.

  • Please provide accurate vehicle details and location information at the time of booking.

  • Appointment times are approximate. Our detailers may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time due to traffic, weather, or other factors.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Access and Preparation
  • You must provide safe, legal, and accessible parking for our mobile detailing van and the vehicle to be serviced.

  • Services must be performed on private property with owner permission (no public streets).

  • If water or electricity access is required, please ensure availability prior to the appointment.

  • Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service begins. High Quality Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left inside the vehicle.


4. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, personal checks, and approved mobile payments (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, Venmo).

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or first-time customers to secure your booking.

  • Prices listed are base rates. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglected vehicles.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.


5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows or inaccessible vehicles upon arrival will be charged up to 100% of the service price.

  • In the event we must cancel due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, your appointment will be rescheduled at no penalty.


6. Satisfaction and Quality Guarantee
  • We take pride in delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will review your concern and, at our discretion, offer a complimentary touch-up or partial refund.

  • Please note: Some stains, odors, and surface damage may be permanent and cannot be removed through detailing.


7. Liability
  • High Quality Mobile Detailing is fully insured for your protection.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues that may be revealed during or after cleaning.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by loose trim, weak paint, cracked leather, or aftermarket parts that fail during service.

  • Once service is complete, you assume responsibility for vehicle condition and care.


8. Weather Policy
  • Our services are weather-dependent. If rain, wind, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions prevent proper detailing, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Indoor or covered locations are preferred when possible.


9. Photography and Marketing
  • We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality assurance and promotional use (e.g., social media, website).

  • No identifying information (license plates, addresses, etc.) will be shown.

  • You may opt out of photo use by notifying us before your service begins.


10. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client engages in disrespectful behavior, unsafe activity, or noncompliance with these terms. In such cases, deposits or payments may be forfeited.


11. Changes to Terms

High Quality Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
