Individual Psychotherapy

Approaches:

- Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores unconscious patterns and past experiences to promote self-awareness.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Targets goal-oriented solutions for specific challenges.

Session Format:
45-60 minute sessions, typically weekly or biweekly, based on individual needs.
Group Psychotherapy
Purpose: Provides a supportive environment for individuals to share experiences and develop coping skills with peers facing similar challenges.
Topics:
- Anxiety and stress management
- Depression support ○ Grief and loss
- Social skills and interpersonal growth
Session Format: 60-90 minute sessions, led by a trained therapist, with small groups of 6-10 participants.


Family and Couples Therapy
Purpose: Addresses relational dynamics, communication challenges, and conflict resolution within families or romantic partnerships.

Technology Requirements for Telepsychotherapy
- A device with a camera, microphone, and internet access (smartphone, tablet, or computer).
- A private, quiet space for sessions to ensure confidentiality.
- Instructions for accessing the secure telehealth platform will be provided upon scheduling.
